Fund-raising Initiatives at Lippman for 2006/2007
The Lippman fund-raising initiatives enable us to provide enriching supplies to all the classrooms and sponsor numerous holiday and family events throughout the year. We've organized our fund-raisers into two types:
  • "Save While You Shop" Fund-raising: Review the many ways you can go about your normal shopping routines, such as at the grocery store, and earn funds for Lippman classrooms.
  • Annual Fund-raising Drives: Review the planned sales drives so that you can plan ahead for seasonal, gift or other shopping.
Annual "Save While You Shop" Fund-raising
  1. General Mills Box Tops for Education: General Mills/Betty Crocker products have a pink or red box top on them. The Betty Crocker baked goods, such as bagged cookie or muffin mixes, have the box top on the bottom. These box tops are worth ten cents each. During the school year, watch for the weekly box top collection that earns a treat each week and small prize to the monthly winner.

Also, shop online at the BoxTops4Education Marketplace and earn money for our school. There is a list of 200 participating stores on this website, including JCPenny, Scholastic, Target, Office Depot, Pottery Barn, Lands End and more. To get started, simply click on the "Join the Booster Club" link and register on the BoxTops site, selecting Lippman as your school when prompted. We raised over $400 this year with this fund-raiser.
